- Unlock both front doors
- Open sign turned on
- Open sign 2 turned on
- There are no documents/ customer information laying around
- Conference room cleaned and organized
- Coat rack area organized
- Turn on bathroom light
- Turn on/fill humidifier
- Plan on which tickets to contact / what techs need to complete
- Organize plan for parts in/out for the day
- Front customer area is vacuumed (Friday)
